Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 19088 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021 that the petiitoner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJ PRABHU, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 08.10.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner had deposited Rs.15,00,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Lakhs only) as imposed by this Court and also complied with the other conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 08.10.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
