The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the above Criminal Revision petition as against the order dated 13.04.2022 made in C.A.No.161 of 2019 on the file of the XV Additional District and Sessions Court, Chennai.

2. Mr.C.S.Kiran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 18.04.2024.
