When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 10.04.2018 and 16.04.2018 there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be posted on 19.04.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Today, even though the matter is listed 'for dismissal', neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
