This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.121 of 2023 dated 14.06.2023, pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police Station, Puducherry.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.121 of 2023 is over and final report/charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.66 of 2025.
