CRIME NO.249 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit fixed for making non refundable depost of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Tiruvannamalai District, Execute bond and furnish sureties to the satisfaction of the Jurisdictional Magistrate.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.B.VISWANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 02.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11358 of 2021 to execute sureties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and finally two weeks time is extended to the petitioners for making non-refundable deposit of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Thiruvannamalai District, and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
