Crl.M.P.No.11159 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.342 of 2021 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.
AND M.JOTHIRAMAN, J.
The petitioner seeking suspension of sentence on earlier occasion was rejected by this Court on 03.08.2021.
2.
We have independently gone through the evidence of PW2 , who is the victim girl, aged about 11 years. This Court considered the grounds raised by the petitioner and formed an opinion that the petitioner has not made out any prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence.
3.
Thus, we are not inclined to grant suspension of sentence to the petitioner. Consequently, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
4.
Post the Criminal Appeal next week.
