ORDER

The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent university to consider and accord affiliation to the Post Basic B.Sc., Nursing programme offered by the petitioner Institute which has been approved by the Indian Nursing Council and the State Council of Nurses And Midwives with an annual intake of 40 students from the Academic year 2009-2010.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has already been accomplished with and the respondent name has been given in the petitioner's college and in view of the said facts, the Writ Petition can be disposed of.

3. Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of as no further adjudication of the issue is required at this stage. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
