ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of B.T.Assistant as on 01.01.2012 for promotion to the Post Middle School Headmaster as per Seniority in the Madhanur Union and promote https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner as Middle School Headmaster on the basis of the representation dated 21.06.2012.

2. I Heard the submissions of M/s.S.N.Ravichandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Rajaperumal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Though the relief sought for in this writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the representation given by the petitioner dated 21.06.2012 is directed to be disposed of by the respondents 2 and 3 within the stipulated period.

4. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, I am inclined to direct the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation being made by the petitioner, the respondents 2 and 3, are directed to consider and dispose of the said representation dated 21.06.2012 by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner and to pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation from the petitioner.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
