The present writ petition filed by the Association seeking for omnibus prayer for a direction to the respondent to register the sale deed in favour of their members, cannot be maintained, since the decision to execute the sale deed depends on individual and distinct consideration with regard to the each and every allottee. As such, the prayer sought for by the Association cannot be maintained. If at all any of the members are aggrieved, it is open to them to approach the respondent Board ventilating their grievances.
