Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from allowing the respondents 4 to 6 for taking water from the bore-well situated in R.S.No.888/6, Vattamalai Village, Kangayam Taluk, Tiruppur District, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the respondents to consider his representation dated 11.06.2013 and pass orders.

2. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2013 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
