The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 89 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in Crl.A.No.15 of 2021 dated 24.02.2022 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, confirming the Judgment of conviction passed in C.C.No.53 of 2017 on the file of the learned Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Dharmapuri, Dharmapuri District, dated 21.04.2021.

2. Notice served and the counsel for the respondent has also entered appearance.

3. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition are not satisfied, the counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objections. Hence, in oder to give an opportunity to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the condone delay petition is ordered.
