This Court vide Order dated 22.09.2025, allowed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2 Lakhs to the credit of M.C.No.199 of 2018 on the file of the learned VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.2 Lakhs to the credit of M.C.No.199 of 2018 on the file of the learned VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai by way of Cheque No.034297 dated 09.10.2025 and thereby, the aforesaid condition has been duly complied by the petitioner. The learned counsel has also produced a copy of the said Cheque before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the Registry to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing on 27.10.2025.
