[Order of the Court was made by S.Nagamuthu,J.] Challenging the detention order made under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Cyber Law Offenders, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Sexual Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982), detaining Mr.Chandran, aged 35 years, S/o.Eswaran, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

2. It is brought to our notice that the period of detention has already expired and nothing survives in this petition. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
