2. This Court by its order dated 14.08.2024, dismissed the Review Application recording the submission made by the counsel for the respondents. The relevant portion of the order reads as follows:- "3. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that on payment of amount as directed by this Court the respondents are ready to surrender the possession of the property to the appellant."
3. The appellant was directed to pay the amount to the respondent. Upon receiving the money, the respondents were required to surrender possession of the property. The appellant is now ready to deposit the amount. However, the learned counsel for the respondents is not inclined to receive the amount and has preferred an SLP. 4. As of now, no SLP is pending. Upon reviewing the records, it is noted that the appeal was disposed of in April 2024. Therefore, the appellant is directed to deposit the amount in O.S. No. 163 of 2005, and if possession is not handed over, the appellant is entitled to proceed with execution proceedings in accordance with the law.
