This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider petitioner's review application dated 13.06.2022 for issuance of patta for the land in survey No.356/2 for an extent of 0.35.0 Hec situated at Bevuhalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District within a reasonable time as per the Tamil Nadu Pass Book Act, 1983, on merits.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the Page No.2 of 5

petitioner has made a review application dated 13.06.2022, seeking to issue patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioner. However, the said application has been rejected by the fourth respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
