ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner states that he has made multiple representations with regard to encroachments in Puthirampattu Village and Mallapuram Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District. The last of his representations is dated 11.03.2024.

2. Learned State Government Pleader has received instructions that action has been initiated and the issue will be concluded in accordance with law, after following due process. A copy of the instructions dated 28th September, 2024 from the Tahsildar, Sankarapuram Taluk is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. A copy has also been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the statement made by learned State Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
