By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner is diagnosed of breast cancer and she has filed this petition seeking treatment in the 1st respondent Multi Speciality Hospital, run by the State Government. She has come before the Court for issuance of a ration card to enable her to obtain treatment.

3.Learned counsel submits that after filing of this petition, the authorities have approved the issuance of ration card for the petitioner and the same has also been uploaded online.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
