This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 178 days in filing the set aside petition to set aside the Order dated 07.08.2020 passed in W.P.No.31035 of 2013.

2. On perusal of the case file, it would indicate that notice has been served, yet counter has not been filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Prem Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the School Department expressed no objection in condoning the delay.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the both sides, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
