Respondents Prayer:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to refer the issue of charter of demands for adjudication to the fifth respondent State Industrial Tribunal, within four weeks and then the fifth respondent Tribunal to dispose of the dispute within six months from the date of reference.
