Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the second respondent is sought to be served on the last known address as mentioned in the affidavit. However, notice sent to the second respondent has been returned unserved.

Considering the above submission, the applicant is permitted to issue notice to the second defendant by way of substituted service by effecting publication in one edition of Tamil daily "Maalai Sudar" having circulation in the city of Chennai, mentioning the date of hearing as 06.09.2019.
