This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to fit pipe lines, safety gate and to set up water tank in respect of the petitioner's premises. 2.The police protection cannot be provided to fix the pipe line, safety gate and to set up water tank in respect of the petitioner's premises. The police protection has given only to
the life and limb of the petitioner.
3.That apart, the learned Government Advocate has submitted that the petitioner and the third respondent are close relatives and both were appeared for an enquiry and the same was closed and that directed to approach the concerned Civil Court for appropriate relief.
