PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the letter No.Na.Ka.1343/2015/A2 dated 07.04.2016 sent by the 2nd respondent and to issue patta to the petitioner and other legal heirs of the father of the petitioner. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to ssue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the letter No.Na.Ka.1343/2015/A2 dated 07.04.2016 sent by the 2nd respondent and to issue patta to the petitioner and other legal heirs of the father of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that already similar relief has been granted to the petitioner in W.P.No.28126 of 2015 dated 08.09.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The relevant portion of the order of this Court in W.P.No.28126 of 2015 reads as follows :- "Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merit of the petitioner's representation, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the earlier order passed by this Court, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the letter No.Na.Ka.1343/2015/A2 dated 07.04.2016 after giving due notice to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
