JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) These Writ Appeals are filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in WP Nos.10702 of 2023, 10682 of 2023 and 10688 of 2023 dated 25.03.2024.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned Senior Counsel for the appellants has relied upon the order passed by this Court in WA No.2112 of 2024 dated 18.07.2024 and seeks to dispose of the present writ appeals on the same line.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents did not express any serious 4/7
objection for considering the said request made by the learned counsel for the appellants.
4. In view of the above submission made by the parties, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the appellants dated 27.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgments.
5. With the above directions, the writ Appeals stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.16516, 16536, 16544 and 16547 of 2024 are closed.
