Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records related to the impugned Notice for Settling Proclamation of sale Dated 23.5.2025 made in Attachment proceedings No. 01/2019 - 2020 recovery certificate No. 1725 of 2018 and the consequential E-Auction / Salem notice Dated 29.05.2025 respectively, issued by the 2nd Respondent pertaining to sale of the schedule mention property and to quash the same; and further forbear the Respondents 1 and 2 from initiating any proceedings on the schedule mentioned property and render justice. COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed challenging the impugned notice for settling proclamation and to quash the same and to forbear respondents 1 and 2 from initiating any proceedings with respect to the schedule mentioned property. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent - Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) submitted that insofar as properties involved in all these writ petitions, they are not the subject property in the proceedings initiated for attachment and sale of the property and these properties are not going to be brought for sale in the public auction that is going to be conducted by the respondent.
3.In the light of the above submission, the same is recorded in all these writ petitions and these writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
