PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to considering my representation dated 04.07.2024 and remove the name of the said Mathesh in the patta bearing Patta No.547 and Chitta in respect of the property situated at Chikkarthanahalli Village Palacode Taluk Dharmapuri District comprised in S.No.164/4A2 admeasuring to an extent of 75 cents after conducting due enquiry.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to consider his representation dated 04.07.2024 and remove the name of 6th respondent in Patta No.547 relating to property in S.No.164/4A2 situated in Chikkarthanahalli Village, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District measuring to an extent of 75 cents.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the above mentioned 2/5

property and he has been in possession and enjoyment of the same for the past 33 years. In the patta for the above mentioned property, the name of the 6th respondent was wrongly included. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 04.07.2024 seeking deletion of the 6th respondent name in Patta No.547 for the above mentioned property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 to 5, submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered on its' own merits within a time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2024 and pass final orders on its' own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing necessary notice to 6th respondent. 3/5
