ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to sanction and pay the pension payable to the petitioner from Regular Noon Meal Organizer time scale of service from 03.10.1996 to 19.02.2009 (13 years) along with regular Village Administrative service from 20.02.2009 to 30.06.2015 (6 years) totally 19 years and adding 6 and 1⁄2 years from temporary service 01.02.1983 to 02.01.1996 (13 years), Half of service put together (i,e) 6 1⁄2 + 19 = 25 1⁄2 years' regular service benefits with arrears and revision of pay and interests, and with all consequential benefits of arrears.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that initially, the petitioner was temporarily appointed as Noon Meal Organizer on 01.02.1983 upto 02.01.1996 and posted at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Setrapatti and thereafter, he was selected as Village Admistrative Officer under the Revenue Department and he retired from service on 30.06.2015. retirement, the petitioner has not been paid with the terminal benefits. In this regard, he sent representation to the respondents on 27.06.2023, however, the same has not been considered.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.06.2023 and pass orders on merits, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
