This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to issue subpoena summons to examine the Attesting Witness in the Will dated 12.12.2007 and in the Codicil dated 14.05.2008 namely Mrs.D.Chandra wife of Late.Duraivelu, residing at No.72/24, Nagappa Mudali Street, Komaleswaranpet, Chennai-600 002 as witness.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants 1 to 6 has no objection to allow this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to post the matter before the Additional Master-II for recording evidence on 24.08.2023.
