ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in C.C.No.1664 of 2016 on the file of the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent State.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that trial in C.C.No.1664 of 2016 has begun, two witnesses have been examined.

4. Under such circumstances, this Court will not interfere since trial has begun.

5. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points before the Trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
