(Order of the Court was made by R.MALA, J.) Today, at 02.30 P.M, on the mentioning made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this matter was taken up for hearing.

2.The detenu was produced before the Court and the petitioner is also present before the Court. By an order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

09.08.2016, the detenu was lodged at Imayam Home, Coimbatore, since the detenu was not willing to go with her mother then. However, today the detenu expressed her willingness to go along with her mother and the mother is also willing to take her daugther with her.

3.Hence, recording the statement of the detenu and her mother, who is the petitioner, the detenu is handed over to her mother and the petition is closed.
