ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks a direction in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, to take up and dispose of S.A.No.370 of 2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Securitisation Application (SA) challenging the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act was filed on 29.4.2023. On 2.7.2025, after contest, the Tribunal reserved the SA for orders. Thereafter, the matter was listed on several occasions for clarification. Finally, on 28.1.2026, after hearing on the clarification, the Tribunal reserved the SA for orders again and since then, even after a lapse of around five months, order has not been delivered.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the case status to show that after reserving the case for orders on 28.1.2026, the Tribunal has listed the case for orders on 12 occasions till 5.6.2026. However, the order has not been delivered.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the case status placed on record, we deem it appropriate to direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, to deliver the order in S.A.No.370 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
