Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein, their subordinates or men and agents from interfering by permitting or establishing an unauthorised Sub-Control room at Thammampatti to provide Cable TV signal, or in any other manner with the arrangements made by the petitioner herein to get Arasu Cable TV signals from the Arasu Cable Operator of Namkkal District and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to forthwith take action in accordance with law against the illegal demand of Service charges and arrangements to provide Cable TV signals through unauthorised mode by the 3rd respondent herein.
