This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 20.06.2023.

2.The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submits that some of the coaccused are yet to be secured and the money not yet secured. Therefore, cooperation of the petitioner to the investigation is required and bail condition of reporting before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., shall continue for another one month.

3.Taking note of the fact that the petition for relaxation of bail condition is considered and the same may be modified that the petitioner shall continue to report before the before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., till 15.09.2023, thereafter, he shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
