(Delivered by Subramonium Prasad.J) This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.17697 of 2018 dated 05.03.2019. The State challenged the order dated 05.03.2019 in WP.No.17697 of 2018 by filing WA.No.4202 of 2019.

This Court has allowed WA.No.4202 of 2019 in part. The Contempt Petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, closed and the notices are discharged.
