This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8202 of in Crl.O.P.No.2625 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended upto 31.08.2023, for the petitioner to comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
