The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to disclose the details of enquiry and investigations with reference to the documents filed, as requested by the petitioner in the reply dated 14.11.2007, and furnish the copy of the report in accordance with law so as to enable the petitioner to file final objections.
