Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is seen from the records, the writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the third respondent to take action as against the respondents 4 to 9 on the compliant dated 09.10.2021. At the same time, the 7th respondent filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.22415 of 2021 for a direction directing the respondent not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the compliant lodged by the petitioners, the third respondent completed the enquiry and closed the same on 13.11.2021.

6. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. In view of the order passed in W.P.No.23947 of 2021, the Crl.O.P.No.22415 of 2021 is also closed.
