This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.8.2012 within the stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs prayed for in the writ petition and if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified time.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection for this Court passing such an order.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs prayed for in the writ petition, within a period of two weeks from today, and on such representation being submitted, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the respondents 3 and 4 in the writ petition and the other persons concerned, if any, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
