Though this Court recorded by order dated 04.01.2022 that the counsel for the petitioner wanted to give up the 8th and 9th respondents from the array of parties, it appears that the counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to give up 8th and 9th respondents. Therefore, they continue to be the respondents.

Now, the petitioner has come up with the petition seeking impleadment of 10th and 11th respondents .

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed.
