This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 532 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the third respondent does not have serious objections in allowing the petition.

4. The first petitioner would aver that due to the sudden demise of her husband, who was the sole bread winner who was taking care of the family, she has been struggling to take care of her needs and meet dayto-day expenses. Hence, the delay of 532 days occurred in filing the appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioners in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this petition, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 532 days shall stand waived.
