Petitioner in the main writ petition is the petitioner in instant 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ('WMP' for brevity).

2. Instant WMP has been filed with a following prayer: 'For the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the production of the original copy of the impugned Office Memorandum in O.M.No.8-131/2016-PP.II dated 01.07.2019 issued by the 1st respondent and thus render justice.'

3. The cryptic reason for the aforesaid dispense with prayer is that the writ petitioner is not in possession of the original impugned Office Memorandum. Though cryptic, impugned order is a Office Memorandum made by a Under Secretary to the Government of India, this prayer is acceded to.

4. WMP is ordered as above.
