ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to stop the illegal brick kiln run by the 4 th and th respondents in the subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 placed the written instruction dated 23.07.2025received from the 2 nd respondent and submitted that no permission has been granted to run brick kiln in the subject property and that already a petition was received by second respondent and it has been forwarded to the concerned authority in order to inspect the property and to stop the continuation of running of the brick kiln in the subject property.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and the grievance expressed by the petitioner and taking note of the written

instruction given by the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to follow up with the concerned authority and ensure that necessary action is taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
