These petitions are filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the above WA.SR.Nos.75607, 75608 and 75609 of 2022.

2. Heard Mr.M. Hariharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / appellant and Mr. V.Prashanth Kiran learned Govt. Advocate (Tax) accepting notice for the respondent/Revenue and he has no serious objection for ordering these petitions.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and no objection expressed on the side of the respondent, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
