A.No.3934 of 2023 in C.S.No.282 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., This application is filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 2 to 4 being the legal representatives of the first deceased defendant as defendants 3 to 5 in C.S.No.282 of 2020.

2.Heard Mr.M.V.Swaroop learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff and M/s.Angelin Philo, learned counsel for M/s.AAV Partners who had earlier appeared, takes notice for the proposed parties and he has no objection to the application being ordered.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

4.The plaintiff shall carry out the necessary amendment within one week from today and file the amended copy.
