ORDER

The petitioner was a successful bidder during the previous auction held in the year 2021. The term of the petitioner came to an end on 30.08.2022. A tender notice dated 02.08.2022 was issued. The tender notice dated 02.08.2022 was quashed by this Court in W.P.No.2139 of 2021 by its order dated 30.09.2022. The petitioner was thus not allowed to continue in view of tender floated pursuant to the auction Notification dated 02.08.2022.

2. Respondent TASMAC is appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.374 of 2023 against order dated 30.09.2022 in W.P.No.2139 of 2021. It is informed that the appeal has been heard and case has been reserved for passing orders.

3. Considering the above, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 2/4

05.06.2023, after the decision is rendered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.374 of 2023.
