ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for an offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 363, 364(A), 365 & 506(i) of I.P.C in Crime No.487 of 2021, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein as arrayed as A2. A marriage proposal was arranged between A5 and the De-facto Complainant. In the meanwhile, the petitioner along with his family members borrowed a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- from the De-facto Complainant. Since horoscope was not matching, the marriage was dropped. Therefore, the De-facto Complainant asked the petitioners to return the money. But they refused to return the same and kidnapped the De-facto Complainant and locked in a room and attacked him and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. It is seen from records that this is the second Anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.11114 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 30.06.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant Anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second Anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
