.. Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus to ensure due adherence to the statutory provisions of Section 154 & 155 of Cr.P.C. Vis-a-vis communication between the Judicial Magistrates and the SHO's by such modern methods of electronic communication between the SHO's and the Judicial Magistrates to ensure that any offence which is reported at the SHO is automatically brought on to the file of the Judicial Magistrate, who shall then exercise their statutory powers, and then ensure their disposal in accordance with law, which such time - frame as this Court may fix, by drawing up a classification in proportion to the gravity of the crimes, and consequently pass such other orders as against the third respondent and provide the petitioner due relief in the circumstances of the case.
