2.To modify the order passed in WP.No.9046 of 2020 dated 29.04.2021 by further extension of time [WMP.No.25076 of 2021 in WP.No.9046 of 2020 ] Order : This Miscellaneous petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.HEMALATHA, SENIOR STANDING COUNSEL of Central Excise and Customs for the petitioners in each of the petitions and Respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- There is no representation for the respondent in these Miscellaneous Petitions.

2. These Miscellaneous Petitions are filed at the instance of the respondent in the Writ Petitions, i.e., Commissioner of Customs seeking extension of time for compliance with order dated 29.04.2021.

3. Extension as sought for is granted, effective from today.

4. Order dated 29.04.2021 shall be complied with, within a period of three (3) weeks from today.
