ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.390 of 2007 on the file of the respondent police and expedite the trial within the time as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.130 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.
