The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents to consider its representation dated 06.06.2024 seeking return of the Assignment Agreements presented for registration.
2. According to the petitioner, six Assignment Agreements mentioned in Paragraph No.5 of the affidavit were presented for registration before the respondents and the same have not been returned to the petitioner after completion of registration process. Therefore, they submitted a representation dated 06.06.2024 to the respondents seeking return of the Assignment Agreements mentioned therein. The said representation has not been considered by the respective respondents till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Mr.T.Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2024 will be considered by the respondents and disposed of in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2024 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
