This petition has been filed to relax the condition contained in paragraph No.7(c) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.14792 of 2023 order dated 10.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, charge sheet is filed on 25.07.2023 and the case is taken on file in S.T.C.No.6114 of 2023.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all the hearing dates without fail.
